Brisbane is two cities at once: the hilly inner north and west where a Queenslander means a flight of stairs before you reach the front door, and the flatter southside and bayside suburbs where the houses sit low and the yards are bigger. Both shape what support actually involves once a worker is inside.
River crossings dictate rosters here more than distance does, so we keep workers on your side of the water. Older housing stock means stairs, high-set homes and steep driveways come up constantly, and in the city itself a good share of our work is in apartments where parking has to be arranged before a shift, not during it.
We split the city at the river and roster each side separately, because a worker crossing the Story Bridge twice in a shift is a worker who is late. Inner-city, northside and southside teams are staffed independently, and the bayside suburbs out past Wynnum run off the southside roster.
