The Gold Coast runs seventy kilometres north to south and only a few kilometres inland before it climbs into the hinterland. Support here means high-rise apartments at Surfers and Broadbeach, canal-estate houses through Mermaid Waters and Robina, and quiet acreage up around Nerang and Mudgeeraba.
The strip has real practical quirks: building access and visitor parking need sorting before a first shift, and holiday traffic on the highway can turn a twenty minute drive into an hour. We roster north, central and south separately rather than treating the coast as one run.
Seventy kilometres of coast means three rosters, not one. North around Coomera and Helensvale, central around Southport and Broadbeach, and south through Burleigh to Coolangatta. Holiday season traffic on the highway is planned for rather than discovered.

Yes, and it is a big share of our Gold Coast work. We just need building access sorted in advance, including intercom, lift and parking, so a worker is not stuck in a foyer on their first visit.
