The peninsula, the pine rivers and the towns out to Caboolture.
Moreton Bay covers ground from the Redcliffe peninsula, where a large retired population lives within a few streets of the water, up through Strathpine and North Lakes to Caboolture and the farmland behind it. It is one of the largest local government areas in the country by population and it feels like several towns rather than one.
Redcliffe and Scarborough are heavily Support at Home work: help at home, gardens, and getting out to the foreshore or the club. Further north around Caboolture and Burpengary the blocks are bigger and yard maintenance is the job people ring about first.
The region is large enough that we treat the peninsula, the Pine Rivers suburbs and the Caboolture end as three separate rosters. Bribie Island and the towns behind Caboolture are possible, but the drive is real and we would rather discuss it than surprise you with a cancelled shift.

It is one of our most requested jobs in this region. Larger blocks north of the Pine River mean mowing, edging and green waste come up regularly, usually on a standing fortnightly visit.
Yes. Redcliffe and the surrounding streets are one of our busier pockets in South East Queensland, largely aged care at home, and the roster is built around the peninsula rather than reaching into it from Brisbane.
