Brisbane
South East Queensland is really one long stretch of suburbs from the Sunshine Coast down to the border, and support here lives or dies on travel time. We roster by pocket rather than by postcode list, so a worker is coming from nearby instead of crossing the whole region to reach you.
How the regional areas work. Beyond the named areas we cover the towns that sit between them, and we will tell you honestly on the phone if you are the wrong side of a long drive.
- Brisbane Both sides of the river, from the inner city out to the bay.
- Ipswich The heritage city on the Bremer, and the new estates beyond it.
- Logan One of the most culturally diverse places in the country.
- Moreton Bay The peninsula, the pine rivers and the towns out to Caboolture.
- Gold Coast Coast, canals and hinterland, from Coomera down to Coolangatta.
- Sunshine Coast Caloundra to Noosa, and the hinterland behind it.

Sydney
Sydney is a city of short distances that take a long time, and the difference between a support shift working and not working is often whether the worker lives on your side of it. We build local teams in the west, the south west and along both coastlines rather than sending people across the harbour twice a day.
How the regional areas work. Coverage runs north to the Hunter and south to the Illawarra, with the Blue Mountains foothills served from Penrith.
- Sydney The inner city, the east and the harbour suburbs.
- Parramatta Sydney's second city, and the health precinct around it.
- Liverpool The south west, from the hospital out to the new estates.
- Penrith The Nepean, the foot of the mountains, and the suburbs between.
- Central Coast Gosford, Wyong and the lakes and beaches between them.
- Newcastle The city, Lake Macquarie and the inner Hunter.
- Wollongong The Illawarra, from the escarpment to the sea.

Melbourne
Melbourne spreads out along its train lines, and the growth corridors on the western and south eastern edges are where support is hardest to find. Those are the places we staff deliberately rather than treating as the outer limit of a city roster, and the winter here genuinely changes what a good shift looks like.
How the regional areas work. Out to Geelong and the Bellarine in the west, down the bay to Frankston, and up to Ballarat and the towns around it.
- Melbourne The inner suburbs, the tram lines and the terraces.
- Geelong Corio Bay, the western suburbs and out to the Bellarine.
- Frankston Bayside, and the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula.
- Dandenong Greater Dandenong, and the many languages spoken in it.
- Werribee The Wyndham corridor, and the estates filling it.
- Ballarat The goldfields city, and the towns around it.
